However, due to the lack of acid, the small increase in electrolyte volume causes the discharge time, and 12V battery packs will exist that the difference between the cells, the measurement of the electrical resistance, and open circuit can be used to find those unqualified batteries: them The voltage drop is too fast, beyond the normal range, the main defects of these unqualified products are generally not good, the electrolyte is too small, air leaks or short circuits.
These non-gepected defects can be easily measured by resistors and open circuit voltages during use. Many battery manufacturers use open-circuit voltages and discharge load methods for battery products for final quality inspections, and users can also use this method to receive battery products, and the entire use of lead-acid battery installations.
