2. Prevent the strikes of the battery, and the vulcanization of the battery should be prevented. Active measures are taken according to the objective law of polar vulcanization to avoid vulcanization.
(1) According to the changes in the season and region, the electrolyte density is correctly selected, and the liquid level is maintained from 10 to 15 mm. When the liquid level is lowered, if not leakage, the distilled water should be supplemented, which is not added to the electrolyte, otherwise the electrolyte density will be more and more, not only easily vulcanized, but will increase the corrosion and damage of the plate and the separator. .
(2) If the storage time of the battery is more than 1 month, it should be charged once a month. When the battery is found to be mildly vulcanized, the battery should be charged and discharged to the battery.

(4) Avoid discharge at low temperatures. (2) Small current charging method When the lead battery is not too serious, the small current can be used, that is, half of the electricity of the charging current value of the second stage, which is charged to the voltage. And the density of the electrolyte reaches the specified standard (the charging current is small, the voltage is low), and the electrolyte density and the liquid level can be used. Dilution electrolyte is added to the battery to add the electrolytic solution to the surface of the liquid level 20 mm. (3) When the charge method is lighter, the current is continuously charged with a normal charging rate, and the voltage and electrolyte density reaches the maximum, and then continues to charge. The end voltage and electrolyte density of the battery are measured every 0.5h, which is not changed in 2 hours, which is the same as the record value of 4 consecutive times.
