(2) Vulcanization state. Internal vulcanized battery, at the time of charging, the original single voltage can rise to 2.8V, the electrolyte temperature is also high, with the continuation of charging, after a few hours, the single voltage dropped to 2.2V, and later rising Good battery charges are the same. The internal severe vulcanized battery, the voltage of the single battery will be higher than 2.8V, the specific gravity of the electrolyte is not raised, the battery will take a bubble phenomenon at the beginning of charging.
(3) The active substance is falling off. When the battery of the active material is seriously detached, the electrolytic solution is turbid, the battery capacity is lowered, and the charging time is shortened, and the phenomenon of charging of the electrolyte boiling and the like will also appear in advance.
(4) Discharge itself. The battery of self-discharging, the charging time is longer, and the specific gravity of the electrolyte and the end voltage is slow. If there is a severe short circuit inside the battery, no matter how long the charging time is long, the specific gravity of the electrolyte does not rise, and there is no bubble in the battery, and the electrolyte is like a pangry.
Most maintenance-free batteries have a hole-shaped proportion on the cover, which changes the color based on the change in electrolyte specific gravity.
When the specific gravity of the battery is green, it will indicate that the battery is fully charged; when the "dark" area is presented, the battery needs to be charged; when the "bright" area is presented, the electrolytic solution is too low, and the battery has been scrapped.
When the specific gravity of the battery is maintained, it is displayed as "bright" area, indicating that the battery is close to the scrap, even if it is recharged, the service life is not long. At this time, the charging can only be used as an emergency weight.
