1, repair stepsThe repair of the battery can be substantially four steps, selection, sentence, repair, repair, check:
select——It is the preliminary selection of the battery, and the battery that does not repair value will be selected and the blindness of the repair is reduced.
Judgment——It is to inspect the primary election, and continue to remove difficult-to-repair batteries; then select the appropriate repair process to repair the battery according to the specific conditions of the battery.
build——That is to choose the appropriate repair method and repair process, fix the battery that is repaired.
Check——It is the measurement of the repaired battery, and inspect and repair the effect, and provides a basis for the use of the battery.
2, pick battery reference standard
Battery repair is primarily targeted for sulfate. For physical damage, such as short circuit, open circuit, polar plate softening, shape rupture, aging scrapped battery cannot be repaired, the initial selection criteria are as follows:
(1) Good appearance, no bulk, deformation, and leakage.
(2) The battery is factory factory (see a batch number), using two years of battery without repair value.
(3) The capacity is not less than 40% of the rated capacity, the capacity is less than 40% of the rated capacity, and it is difficult to achieve an ideal capacity after repair.
(4) The battery is higher than 12V when the battery is not lost. The battery voltage is measured with a multimeter. If the voltage is displayed below 12V, the inside of such a battery has been broken or shorted, and cannot be repaired.
When measuring the battery opening voltage, the battery should be in a steady state, the battery charge, discharge, or fill the distilled water, and then allow for half an hour. The battery open voltage can be measured by the voltage file of the multimeter, and the positive and negative tables of the multimeter are directly connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, respectively.
The battery-end voltage can react the extent of the storage battery, and the relationship between them is shown in Table 1

Even if the battery just completely put, the voltage should be greater than or equal to 11.6V.
(5) The battery that is repaired with an active agent cannot be repaired. Because battery repair active agents on the market contain carbon-based ingredients, thereby containing impurities in the stock solution of the battery, and the time is long, so it cannot be repaired.
(6) Conditional can measure the internal resistance, if the battery is increased by 100%, it should be considered to give up the repair.
3, check judgment
(1) Check if it is shorteness:
After sufficiently charged, since the sulfuric acid concentration is high, the open circuit is high; the sealing battery is difficult to measure the concentration of sulfuric acid, and the battery voltage is 13.4V should be considered whether to lose water.
There are generally a different degree of water shortage in an electric vehicle battery using more than 8 months.
(2) Vulcanization judgment
The following conditions can be considered that the battery has caused vulcanization.
1) The battery capacity is lowered, the voltage drop is 0.1V, and the power is up to 0.5ah;
2) The electrolytic solution density is lower than the normal value;
3) When the charging and charging are complete, the battery is too high;
4) When charging, bubbles or start charging will generate bubbles (open batteries);
5) The electrolyte temperature rises faster when charging.
(3) Polar softening judgment
If there is a black material float from the battery, the electrolyte is softened, and the electrolytic solution is extracted. If the electrolyte is not very turbid, the battery is repaired, if the electrolyte is black, indicating that the plate is softened, the battery It is difficult to repair.
Sealed battery does not have a bright liquid, and the polar-softened battery is only an oscillation of the water to see the dark electrolyte. The voltage is not less than normal, and it is even higher, and it is almost everything before 12V, but at 12V Around, it will suddenly drop, and the inflection point is greatly advanced. We can think that there is a more severe plate softening.
(4) When the battery is discharged, if the load voltage decreases by 0.1V, the discharge capacity is below 0.4c or the load voltage is lowered below 0.4c or the load voltage is low, and the general battery is below 40% of the rated capacity, so The battery is generally not a fixed value.
4, repair process
For a basic repair process of sealing battery includes preliminary selection, information recording, discharging measurement, supplementary liquid, pulse repair, measurement judgment, using pulse method repairing battery repair flow is shown in Figure 2;
The repair process using the additive is shown in Figure 3; the opening battery can be repaired by the hydrotherapy, as shown in Figure 4.

5. Precautions
(1) Dispelling Detection: Before measurement, it will be charged to the battery, then discharged to the termination voltage for capacity detection, and the same piece of battery is consistent.
(2) Deep discharge:
1) Discharge load: The electric furnace wire, bulb, resistance, etc. can be used, and the current is required to be about 0.2c.
2) Discharge End Time: When the battery voltage is <3V. At this time, the light bulb is reddish or extinguished.
