3, do not easily remove the code by disassembling the battery connection line
For most electronically controlled engines, remove the battery cable or remove the fuse connected to the ECU, and the time length of the power supply can be interrupted for 30 seconds, so that the fault code stored in the ECU can be reset. However, for other engines, this method is not applicable. After all, the memory of the vehicle anti-theft, audio, quartz clock, etc. also stores in a random memory. After the power is interrupted, this data will be cleaned together, and there is a phenomenon of audio lock code. For these engine requirements, the fault code is cleaned according to the method of maintenance instructions, and the battery connection line cannot be disassembled.
