Electric forklift battery charger troubleshooting point

Electric forklift battery charger troubleshooting pointThe charger is an essential article of charge for each electric fork. The inspection and maintenance of the charger is very important in the daily use of electric forklifts. The charger maintenance method described below is only applicable to professional charger maintenance of electrical engineering personnel. If the electrical expertise training is not allowed to open the electric forklift charger housing to prevent safety accidents.

Maintenance process

Step 1: Check if the power supply is electricity, whether the battery is under pressure

1. Make sure 220V exchange market power is electrically powered, and the link is reliable; the battery voltage is not less than 20V (lower than 20 volts charger will automatically protect, stop working).

2. When the battery voltage is lower than 20V, the J2 and J3 connecting lines on the electrical circuit board can be shorter, and the link to the circuit board is restored to the circuit board after the voltage is increased to 20V.

3. If the voltage does not undervolt, turn on the charging machine housing in the case of power outage, observe whether the fuse, transformer, and circuit board and other components have obvious burnout or damage.

Step 2: Check if the transformer has output

1. Disconnect the DC and the AC plug, check that the charger circuit board is not obviously burned or damaged, unplug the plug in the circuit board (the circuit board is completely detached from the circuit), use a metal sheet or A small metal wire connects J2 and J3 two plugs directly.

2. Only the exchange of electric power supplies (no battery direct flow), use the AC voltage file of the multimeter, the black list is connected to the position of the screwdriver head, the red table brush receives the lower right position, the AC voltage should be around 28V, then Connect the red form to the upper head pile head position (the black table pen position is not changed), and the AC voltage should be around 28V. If the voltage in any position is incorrect, it can be determined that the transformer is faulty.

Step 3: Check if the rectifier module has output

1. According to the above steps, if the voltage is normal, switch the multimeter to the DC voltage file, the black list is connected to a position, the red table pen is connected to the position, and the use of DC 36V, if the voltage is very low Or no voltage output, it can be determined to be a rectifying module failure. Diode files using the multimeter can also be determined

Whether the flow module is damaged.

Step 4: Check the battery charging current

1. If the rectifier module outputs the DC voltage value is normal, then the main circuit charging detection, plug in the battery plug, the charging start, measure the current with the clamp current table, if there is a set of charging current (the current value is small with the battery power), Indicates that the entire main circuit is working properly. It can be inferred that the charger fault is caused by the control circuit board. (Note: When the main circuit is charged, the circuit board is completely disengaged, the charging process is not controlled, and only time charging test can not be charged for a long time.  Recommend: LiFePO4 Battery Manufacturer Energy storage battery Manufacturer Integrated machine energy storage battery series Manufacturer Lead lithium battery Manufacturer Outdoor Backup Battery Manufacturer Portable outdoor power supply Manufacturer Power battery Manufacturer Powerwall LiFePO4 Battery Manufacturer Battery rack Manufacturers Telecom LiFePO4 Battery Manufacturer Wall mounted battery storage Manufacturer China Lifepo4 Battery
