2. Factors of alloy

In general, the grid material used by the maintenance-free battery is a PB-CA-Sn alloy. The CA can change the strength of the grid, the addition of SN, so that the alloy has improved in casting performance while increasing the hydrogen-resistant over-potential of the grid, and improving the corrosion resistance of the grid. In general, the content of CA is between 0.04% to 0.1%, while Sn is between 0.8% to 2%. However, different manufacturers are not necessarily the same for CA and SN ratios. 3. Effect of acid concentration

For the proportion of hydrocolithic sulfuric acid, I think it is a very important parameter. At present, domestic production of battery manufacturers, which are different from the specific gravity of hydrolysis, and some are high. The high and low of the proportion of hydrocoxi acid directly affects the initial capacity of the battery and affects the battery life of the battery, high sulfuric acid, and the initial capacity will be high. The high-specific sulfuric acid is selected. Although the initial capacity of the battery is high, the requirements for discharging in a certain period of time seem to show that the battery's design capacity is far exceeding the rated capacity, but it has exacerbated the corrosion of the grid. This is why some batteries are in just a few years after use, the battery is inadequate.
